Good morning traders,

Today will be a BIG day for markets and I am looking for another round of SPY calls and SPY to test $605 to $607 but right now I am waiting to see more of some of the KEY pieces of data listed below.

Futures outlook (pre-market):

S&P 500, Dow, and Nasdaq futures are down about 0.2%, reflecting caution after the latest U.S.–China trade talks failed to deliver clear breakthroughs and investors await today’s May CPI release. Good CPI and I think we run to $607s, bad and I think we could see $598s

Market backdrop:

A new framework in the U.S.–China trade negotiations have offered a bit of optimism—but without details, the effect on markets has been muted.
This morning's focus: May CPI data due at 8:30 a.m. ET, expected to show a 0.2% monthly increase and 2.5% year-over-year reading. This could influence Fed policy later this year.
