Afternoon traders,

Markets are soft here as we head into the FOMC meeting tomorrow but penny stocks are holding their own. 

Here are 3 stocks I have my eyes on going into the second half of the day.

  1. CISO is showing a nice breakout above the 50 SMA today at $.65 with range to the 200 SMA at $.90 and if broken it has a previous high at $1.38. I like this idea as long as we hold above $.65

  1. AQB is in a classic “consolidation into breakout pattern with range to $.93 which is the 200 SMA on the daily chart. I like this idea as long as we stay above the 20 and 50 SMA around $.65.

  1. PONY is a wild card but this “horse” is running today. Range is mid $14s then possible $23 high from early February. Could be a huge swing up or down here but I like the movement today and the news.
